MG Events

  1. Rotary Club of East Sutherland Classic Car Tour

    Starting in the Square, Dornoch, this year’s Tour travels North for lunch at The Castle of Mey, Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother’s favourite holiday residence. From there the route goes to John o’Groats, for the obligatory photo opportunity under the famous signpost, before heading back South along the spectacular East coast to Dornoch. In the evening there will be a traditional Ceilidh.

  2. Moor 2 Sea Run

    Exeter MGOC present their 28th annual event starting and finishing at Bovey Tracey Golf Centre. Don't miss this West Country adventure designed for you and your MG. £26 for 2 people to include refreshments, rally board and route guide. The chosen charity this year is Exeter Freewheelers, a voluntary motorcycle organisation delivering vital supplies for the NHS.

  3. MGs in the Park

     

    Oxfordshire MG Owners Club annual event and all MGs welcome. Pride of ownership competition, 25 mile Cotswold Run. Free entry to WildlifePark for MG Driver. Group discounted rate for passengers. Once inside the Park, there is free entry to the MG event. No pre-booking required.

  4. Southampton MGOCs New Forest Run

    The annual event taking cars on a tour of the New Forest for about 85 miles. The start will be at East Boldre with a new end location at The South Lawn Hotel near Milford on Sea. They will be showcasing MGC, MG Y and MG VA cars in recognition of their anniversaries. Prizes will be awarded for various car types as well as for the MGOC club with the most entries.

  5. Burnley and Pendle MGOC 25th Anniversary Pendle Run

     

    Starting from the Old Stone Trough Hotel, Kelbrook, BB18 6XY. All classics welcome. Entry £20 with route book and including welcome coffee and refreshments afterwards.

  6. Shropshire Lad Run

    A tour through Shropshire’s unspoilt countryside visiting its "blue remembered hills" and glimpsing the cradle of the Industrial Revolution. Entry fee is £12. All proceeds to Midlands Air Ambulance.

  7. Arden MG Club Heritage Run (25th & Last)

     

    After 25 events this will be the last Heritage Run, starting from The Vally, Evesham finishing at Stanway House where the run will have exclusive access to the house and gardens. The famous fountain will be run twice. £20 per car.

  8. Cwm to Coast Run 2017

     

    This year’s run will take in the stunning scenery of the South & West Wales countryside, starting and finishing in Bridgend. Any type or make of classic vehicle is most welcome. All proceeds to be shared between local charities. Great value at £20 per car.  Please book early.

  9. The Ratae Run 2017

     

    The 2017 run will be a pleasant 70ish mile run around some of South Leicestershire's leafy lanes, with a coffee stop on route finishing at the majestic RockinghamCastle. See the website for application form or alternatively ring Michael or Gilian.

  10. Cotswold Caper

    The Cotswold Caper will start and finish at the world famous Cirencester Agricultural College.  The route will be around 90 miles and will feature the usual gorgeous Cotswold countryside.  Entry fee £25.
